Shipping Information
Currently I have no shipping policy in place- nothing formal. This will be the first time I have had an online store! However this is it not the first time I have sold and shipped work long distance. I regularly ship my artwork within Canada and have had some prior experience shipping to other parts of the world. In the event that any issues during shipping arise I am confident we can work together to find a solution. Listed below are some helpful points to consider and where applicable- instructions to follow.
- All of my prices are inclusive of shipping – inside of Canada
- Within Canada I will ship via Canada post
- If you are wishing to ship outside of Canada, please let me know, I will hold the piece you are interested in until I can obtain a shipping quote for you. If you wish to go ahead after you have viewed the shipping quote. Please keep in mind we may continue with payment through a different billing app, such as Wave if it provides greater ease and functionality for processing payments outside of Canada.
- If you are purchasing from my store; those items are completed already and can be shipped within a day or two: with the exceptions of weekends, as shipping is not available in our area during weekends and holidays.
- If you are requesting a commissioned portrait or other original work especially made for you- the whole process from beginning to end may take months to complete. Sometimes the turn around can be quicker though. Contact me and let me know if this is a time sensitive matter and I will work with you to see if I can meet your deadline.
